To make the most of the Fête. Fly. Fifty. experience, please plan to arrive in Bridgetown, Barbados (BGI) by 1:00 PM on Thursday, July 31, 2026. This ensures you’re checked in, refreshed, and ready to join the welcome festivities.
Flights are not included in your package. You must book your own airfare and submit your flight details to us no later than 5 weeks before departure (by June 26, 2026).
Airport Transfers
Once your flight is confirmed, simply enter your flight details into our system—we’ll coordinate your transfer to and from the resort.
Note: If you choose to arrive before July 31 or depart after August 4th, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to and from the resort.

Reservation Terms & Conditions
By reserving this exclusive experience, you agree to the following terms and policies to ensure the highest quality and commitment to our group:

Agreement to Terms: Reserving this package signifies your acceptance of all terms and policies outlined by Moor Luxury Travel.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Moor Luxury Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy supports our contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not permit refunds.

Name Accuracy: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as shown on your passport or government-issued ID. A fee may apply for name changes if not entered correctly.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. We encourage early booking to secure your rate.

Payment Schedule: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless larger payments are made. You are also responsible for ensuring that your roommate, if applicable, remains current on monthly payments.

Roommate Matching: Available for double occupancy reservations.

Flight Class Upgrades: Economy seats are included with the full package. Guests preferring an upgraded class of service should purchase the Land Only Package and arrange their preferred seating directly with the airline.

Account Access: Our client portal allows you to view your payment and reservation details 24/7.

Name or Occupancy Changes: Any changes must be coordinated with the Moor Luxury Travel team. A $75 fee applies for any name changes, plus any additional vendor fees that may apply.

Late Payment Fees: Payments made after the final due date incur a $50 late fee per person. Late payments must be approved by management before the deadline.

Reinstatement Fee: If a reservation is canceled, a $250 reinstatement fee per person is required in addition to the past due balance to restore the booking.
