To make your journey as seamless and stress-free as possible, please review the following essential information:

Automatic Billing Plan:

To simplify your travel planning, we offer an automatic billing plan at no additional charge. When you book, we’ll calculate equal monthly payments for your convenience. You’ll receive an invoice with the full payment schedule so that you know exactly when each payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and subsequent payments will be deducted automatically on the designated dates.

The Covid-19 pandemic has underscored that “anything can happen.” Missing a vacation is disappointing, but losing your investment is even harder. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, trip interruption, baggage loss or delay, medical expenses, and more. Please note that travel insurance is mandatory for this experience and must be purchased for both domestic and international travelers.

Passport Requirements:
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. For this trip, passports should not expire before July 3, 2026. -
Currency & Exchange Rates:
All prices are based on current exchange rates. Moor Luxury Travel reserves the right to adjust prices in the event of currency fluctuation. Any such adjustments will be reflected in your final invoice. -
Roommate Match Program:
We offer a roommate matching service for double occupancy bookings. Simply select "double occupancy" during your booking, and indicate "yes" for roommate matching in the reservation notes. Roommates will be matched 45 days prior to departure once 75% of the total reservation balance has been paid. -
Visa Requirements:
Currently, U.S. passport holders can receive a visa upon entry into Dubai at no additional fee. Should this policy change, we will notify all travelers via email. -
Land Only Package:
Guests selecting the Land Only Package are responsible for their flight and airport transfer arrangements. Please ensure your travel aligns with the group’s itinerary. -
Additional Travel Information:

A major credit card is required at hotel check-in to cover any incidental charges.

Reservation Terms & Conditions
By reserving this exclusive experience, you agree to the following terms and policies to ensure the highest quality and commitment to our group:

Agreement to Terms: Reserving this package signifies your acceptance of all terms and policies outlined by Moor Luxury Travel.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Moor Luxury Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy supports our contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not permit refunds.

Name Accuracy: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as shown on your passport or government-issued ID. A fee may apply for name changes if not entered correctly.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. We encourage early booking to secure your rate.

Payment Schedule: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless larger payments are made. You are also responsible for ensuring that your roommate, if applicable, remains current on monthly payments.

Roommate Matching: Available for double occupancy reservations.

Flight Class Upgrades: Economy seats are included with the full package. Guests preferring an upgraded class of service should purchase the Land Only Package and arrange their preferred seating directly with the airline.

Account Access: Our client portal allows you to view your payment and reservation details 24/7.

Name or Occupancy Changes: Any changes must be coordinated with the Moor Luxury Travel team. A $75 fee applies for any name changes, plus any additional vendor fees that may apply.

Late Payment Fees: Payments made after the final due date incur a $50 late fee per person. Late payments must be approved by management before the deadline.

Reinstatement Fee: If a reservation is canceled, a $250 reinstatement fee per person is required in addition to the past due balance to restore the booking.
