Relax and let us handle the details with our automatic billing option! When you book, we’ll set up a convenient payment plan, evenly dividing your total balance over the months leading up to the retreat. You’ll know exactly when each payment will be processed, so there are no surprises. Your initial deposit is due at booking, and automatic billing is available at no extra charge.

Passport Requirement: A valid passport with an expiration date at least six months beyond your travel dates is required to enter Jamaica. Please confirm your passport does not expire on or before January 14, 2026, as refunds cannot be issued for passport-related issues.

Payment Options: When booking, you may pay in full or select our easy monthly payment plan. If you choose the payment plan, you’ll be enrolled in automatic monthly payments. To opt-out, simply email us at [admin@moorluxurytravel.com].

Final Payment & Documents: Your final payment is due by the designated due date. Once received, we will email your travel documents, itinerary, and additional travel instructions 30 days (or more) prior to your trip.

Important Arrival Information:

We recommend that all attendees arrive in Jamaica on July 13, 2025, by 2 pm to make the most of the retreat.

Please remember, flights to and from Montego Bay (MBJ) are not included. You must purchase your flight and submit your flight details to us by June 1, 2025.

Airport Transfers: Once your flight is booked, enter your flight information into our system to arrange shuttle service to the resort.

Note: If you arrive or depart outside the official trip dates (July 13-16, 2025), please arrange your own transfers to and from the hotel.

FAQ's
I’m not a makeup artist. May I still attend?
Absolutely! This retreat is open to everyone, from aspiring makeup artists to seasoned pros. While our retreat is designed for makeup artists, we welcome all beauty enthusiasts who are interested in joining us. Please note that the retreat price remains the same, whether or not you participate in the workshops.
Will there be workshops or classes?
Yes! Your registration includes complimentary workshops and classes, designed to inspire and elevate your skills. A detailed itinerary with sessions will be posted soon!
Is there a dress code?
There’s no formal dress code, but we encourage attendees to wear all black for workshops, classes, and any themed events.
Do I need to bring my full makeup kit?
Bringing your kit is entirely optional! You’re welcome to bring it if you’d like, but it’s not required for the retreat.
Are payment plans available?
Yes! We offer convenient payment plans. You may also make additional partial payments before your scheduled due dates via your account.
Is the flight included in the package?
No, flights are not included.
Do I need a passport to attend?
Yes, a valid passport is required for travel to Jamaica. If you need to apply or renew, processing times in the U.S. currently range from 6-8 weeks for routine service, and 2-3 weeks for expedited service.
Do I need a negative COVID test or proof of vaccination?
No, currently there are no COVID testing or vaccination requirements for travel to Jamaica or for attending the retreat. Mask-wearing is also optional and at the discretion of each attendee.
Are there refunds if I can no longer attend?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds. Due to special pricing arrangements with our vendors, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy allows us to keep costs low and provide flexible monthly payment options for all attendees.

Reservation Terms & Conditions
By reserving this exclusive experience, you agree to the following terms and policies to ensure the highest quality and commitment to our group:

Agreement to Terms: Reserving this package signifies your acceptance of all terms and policies outlined by Moor Luxury Travel.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made to Moor Luxury Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy supports our contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that do not permit refunds.

Name Accuracy: Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as shown on your passport or government-issued ID. A fee may apply for name changes if not entered correctly.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice. We encourage early booking to secure your rate.

Payment Schedule: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation current unless larger payments are made. You are also responsible for ensuring that your roommate, if applicable, remains current on monthly payments.

Roommate Matching: Available for double occupancy reservations only.

Account Access: Our client portal allows you to view your payment and reservation details 24/7.

Name or Occupancy Changes: Any changes must be coordinated with the Moor Luxury Travel team. A $75 fee applies for any name changes, plus any additional vendor fees that may apply.

Late Payment Fees: Payments made after the final due date incur a $50 late fee per person. Late payments must be approved by management before the deadline.

Reinstatement Fee: If a reservation is canceled, a $250 reinstatement fee per person is required in addition to the past due balance to restore the booking.
